Ellis Wu is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Business Valuator, and International Certified Valuation Specialist. With over 10 years of experience at a global Big 4 accounting firm, Mr. Wu has successfully guided more than 100 investment and M&A deals ranging in size from $1 million to $150 million. He specializes in M&A financial advisory, including transaction assessment, due diligence, valuation, and post-transaction management. Mr. Wu earned his master’s degree in Accounting from National Taiwan University.​
