Winter holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from the Department of Horticulture and Landscape Architecture at National Taiwan University. She has served as Executive Assistant to the General Manager and Chairman across various industries, accumulating extensive experience in regulatory compliance, administration, human resources, and finance.​
